Each school year, we prepare for emergency situations that may require us to close the school to keep everyone safe. Inclement weather is one such situation. Due to the winter storm that impacted our area this week, Venice Elementary students will participate in E-Learning on Monday, January 26, and Tuesday, January 27.
On these remote learning days, students are expected to attend school online from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM by logging in on their Chromebooks. E-Learning days count as regular school attendance days, so if a student does not log in, they will be marked absent. It is very important for students to attend virtually to ensure they continue to get the most out of their learning.
